  • So glad you asked! At Very Pelvic, you get one-on-one care with a licensed pelvic floor PT who really listens and tailors everything to YOU — your body, your life, your goals. Your hobbies, schedule, and goals directly shape your therapy — we don’t do generic programs. Dr. Molly’s hands‑on, real‑life training helps you get stronger in the actual stuff you do—lifting kids, squatting, running (not just how you lie on a table). This is care that actually fits you.

You’ll never be passed around — from evaluation to finish line, it’s Dr. Molly, your dedicated expert.

  • Your first visit is 75 minutes of "let's figure this out together." We'll chat about your history, symptoms, goals, and what your day-to-day looks like. Then I’ll do a full-body movement assessment (and a pelvic floor one, if you're comfy), so we can connect the dots between what’s happening down there and the rest of your body. We’ll end with some hands-on treatment and a plan that feels doable and clear. No overwhelm. No mystery.

  • Totally fair question. The truth? Not all pelvic PT is created equal. If your past experience felt rushed, vague, or like it didn’t click, you’re not alone. At Very Pelvic, we take a different approach: we treat your whole body, not just the pelvic floor in isolation. We look at how you move, breathe, rest, lift, leak, and live — because that’s where real change happens. If you didn’t feel seen before, it’s time to try again with care that actually connects the dots.

  • Yes! Very Pelvic is a family-friendly space, and I totally get that childcare isn’t always easy to come by. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve strapped on someones baby while treating them. If you need to bring your baby, toddler, or older kiddo with you, that’s absolutely okay — as long as you feel they can hang out respectfully during your session. I will happily work around your child so you can focus on getting well.

  • Nope! In Wisconsin, you can see a physical therapist without a referral. That means you can just book and show up. Easy! I handle it all — scheduling, questions, provider coordination — so you don’t get bounced around or left waiting.

  • Oooh, if I had a dollar for every time I heard that... Listen, Kegels have their place, but they’re not the magic fix everyone thinks they are — and for lots of people, they actually make things worse. Pelvic PT is about so much more than squeezing muscles. It’s about understanding your symptoms and retraining your body in ways that match your actual life: how you lift your toddler, go for a run, sit at your desk, or sleep at night. It’s personalized, whole-body rehab, not one-size-fits-all advice.

  • No, I operate as an out-of-network provider. After each appointment, you will receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

  • Nope, never. It's just you and me, baby! You get 1:1 skilled care every single time. No being handed off. No awkward group sessions. Just focused, expert treatment tailored to you.

  • Your evaluation is 75 minutes — we take our time to really understand what’s going on. Then we build a plan you can stick to long term — not quick fixes forced into insurance windows.

Follow-ups are a full 60 minutes, so you never feel rushed and we always get meaningful work done.
